Founded in 2001, by-patients, for-patients, in the name of patients, Compassion Center has its roots in Eugene, Oregon where it helped steer and implement the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act (OMMA) by recommending cannabis to patients who qualify for the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP). Since our founding, we have helped over 20,000 Oregonians, leading with compassion while never compromising the integrity of our clinics, clinicians or our patients.

Nationwide, Compassion Center and its affiliates provide qualifying patients access to programs in 22 states, and counting. We will never stop growing!
Our Vision is simple: Provide affordable, accessible and convenient care to our patients, through a variety of channels to maintain continuity of care.
Our Mission: Compassion Center is a 501(c)3 public charity organization that’s dedicated to professional education, patient advocacy and healthcare innovations that serve categorically complex, terminally ill and underserved populations with improved access to affordable and compassionate care. Advancing community-based services for the Veterans, disabled, indigent and homeless in the communities we serve, Compassion Center directly improves the lives of those we touch by hosting clinics, education events, as well as providing advocacy and support services to those that have limited access.
Today, Compassion Center provides access to a wide range of complimentary integrative healthcare modalities, and conventional alopathic therapeutics like primary care, referrals to specialists and other aids like audiology, prosthetics and vision, in certain jurisdictions. We are constantly growing, and expanding, in a sustainable pace so that our providers are properly supported as they redirect healthcare towards an inclusive tomorrow.
